East German Stasi submission handcuffs.
The East German Stasi (a.k.a. The Ministry for State Security) ruled with an iron hand. These nickel-plated, steel submission cuffs were used to subdue "troublemakers" by "non-lethal" means. With a quick flick of the wrist and a sharp twist, even the most abnoxious hooligan comes along quietly. Now banned for German police use, they're a rare historical artifact. 14" long.
Excellant "come along tool" for law Enforcement.
